Faisal "Fessel" Naqvi is a Web/Graphic designer residing in the Seattle Area. He's been toying with the web since before it was actually the "Internet". We speak of the days when the Net was nothing but a few network computers running on VAX/VMS and X/Windows or Unix machines with monochrome monitors. He started designing for web in 1997 with Adobe Pagemill and after discovering the clunky nature of the tool, retreated back to firming his grasp on hand coding his pages. Many years and countless jobs later, he now uses a plethora of tools, from just plain good ol' text editors to many high end packages, in his arsenal to accompany him to whereever the next assignment might take him.
